Located in the Wilkes Barre, PA Mark J Rubin Enterprises, Inc. (a Web Development, Graphic Design and Technical Services provider) was formally founded by Mark J Rubin in 2005 after years of successfully developing internal and external websites for Fortune 100 companies, mom-and-pop e-commerce sites and everything in between. Mark Rubin has held positions as developer, programmer, webmaster, and research assistant working within a wide array of companies such as Chase Paymentech, WebMD, The UK's House of Commons, and Tarlo Lyons Law Firm, Accenture and many state government organizations. An alumnus of Florida State University, Mark earned his degree in English with a minor in Computer Science, and went on further to earn a Master's degree in Information Studies focused in Web Development.
